Knife Stabilized Maple Le Kallisté

New Corsican knives Collection named "Le Kallisté" was possible thanks to the pooling of expertise of Cutlers Zuria Bonifacio, the VIPER firm and Fabrizio Silvestrelli, Italian designer known for these artistic knives and collectible knives . Le Kallisté has been manufactured in quantity limited to 500 copies and each knife is numbered.

The Kallisté is a fine knife that reached a high level of excellence, certainly due to its mechanism of one piece and the sophistication of its finishes.

Stabilized Maple handle
Blade is stainless steel N690Co. Hardness: HRC58-60. The significant addition of cobalt helps to increase the resilience of the material.
Rear safety catch to stop, preventing the blade to strike the bottom of the spring
