Knife Corsica Home-made : U Cumpà in frizzy Birch
Cumpà is a folding Corsican knife where the traditional technique joins perfectly to a modern design. The Cutler Zuria of Bonifacio created this model with Gilles ® Fontenille Pataud to Thiers. It was baptized "U Cumpà" who means " The companion " bonifacien.
Of a single hand, the opening and the closure are facilitated thanks to Corsica stylized on the blade of the knife and the Liner lock system.

Blade and Platinum(Deck): blade 2.50 mm in thickness. Swedish steel 12C27 polished matt. Hardness obtained after cryogenic tempering: 57Hrc
Mechanism in a single hand: Liner-lock system. System with ball dipped to maintain the closed blade and avoid an accidental opening. Assembly on a ring in Teflon
Size and weight: closed 10.5 cms, open 19 cms, approximately 110 g
