Knife "handmade": The Pialincu horn tip chiseled in twist and Damascus blade
As part of the Zuria collection, this knife designed and designed in Corsica was made by passionate professional cutlers who have united their knowledge: Antoine and Camille Zuria in Bonifacio (Corsica), Gilles Fontenille Pataud in Thiers and Robert Beillonnet.
This knife is called the "Pialincu", in tribute to the ancestral peasant Bonifacien * who left the citadel before sunrise to go, at the pace of his donkey, on the "Piale", this close campaign Bonifacio where, each family owned a small piece of land surrounded by dry stone walls. Pialincu spent his day there, making the most of this arid land to feed his family. His knife never left him.
