"Handmade" knife: Mammoth carved ivory Sperone and Damascus
This sumptuous model with its full Mammoth Ivory handle carved at the back and its exclusive Damasteel® steel blade is part of the Sperone’s very high-end collection! a folding knife imagined and designed in Corsica by the Zuria de Bonifacio cutters in close collaboration with the house Fontenille Pataud in Thiers and Robert Beillonnet, M.O.F 1997 and 2000.
Like all Sperones, its opening is very smooth and it has a blade locking system by rear pump and a fixed stop, so that it does not hit the bottom of the knife when closing.
Noble materials, very good quality steel and detailed finishes are the main assets of this knife. Its spring is forged, chiseled and polished inside and Corsica is engraved on the fly which is also forged.
