U Méü, means "mine" in Corsica, is the first self-erecting Corsican shepherd knife available with a stainless steel blade and a Damascus blade.
This pocket knife mounting kit was designed and designed in collaboration with the ZURIA Cutters by Bonifacio. They brought their expertise to achieve a high level of finish and delight those who like to make, assemble and build their own Corsican knife!
Each element of this knife has been carefully thought out and adjusted to fit perfectly according to the assembly diagram attached to the cabinet. The finishing touches have been worked to the smallest details to enjoy his companion on a daily basis as pleasantly as possible:
The "U Méü" knife kit for self-assembly is delivered in a box:
- 2 blades of 9 cm signed "by Zuria"
- 2 pre-drilled steel plates including 1 with liner-lock system
- 1 chiseled spring
- 2 steel bolsters
- 2 pre-adjusted olive wood plates
- 1 set of screws + mounting key
- 1 precise nomenclature
- 1 detailed assembly scheme
Composed of 29 pieces, this high-end kit of the self-assembly knife offers you the possibility to change the stainless steel blade (which you can customize with the engraving on a blade) by the Damascus blade. It is a unique and ideal gift to offer for sure to make fun for Christmas!
Once mounted, the U Méü knife measures 11.5 cm closed and 20 cm open. It weighs 140g with the Damascus blade and 139g with the 440C steel blade.
