Knife "handmade":The Sperone Juniper speckled
This sublime knife imagined and designed by us in Corsica is the result of the collaboration of recognized cutlery: the brothers Zuria de Bonifacio, Gilles Fontenille Pataud and Robert Beillonnet, Best Worker of France in 1997 and 2000.
With a very soft opening and locking blade system pump back, the blade does not hit the bottom of the knife closing. Its finishes in every detail, make this a very nice knife in everyday life: with his forged spring, chiseled and polished inside, Corsica engraved, noble materials and quality steels.
The Sperone is available in 14C28N stainless steel, RWL 34 and XC 75 Brushed Carbon steel. It comes with a leather belt holster.
blade:
- Swedish stainless steel 14C28N 3 mm thick heel. Hardness: 56 Hrc.
- Special steel RWL 34 Hardness 60 Hrc
- carbon steel XC 75 Brushed white blade: this steel requires special attention taking account of its oxidation vulnerability
Handle: Juniper burl speckled, 1st choice. Each handle is unique.
Technique: Blocking rear blade pump (lock-back), fixed stop for the blade: this one does not hit the bottom of the knife closing.
Finish: Forged spring, chiseled and polished inside.
