This sublime knife imagined and designed by us in Corsica is the fruit of the collaboration of recognized cutlers: the brothers Zuria de Bonifacio, Gilles Fontenille Pataud and Robert Beillonnet, best worker in France in 1997 and 2000.
With its very soft opening and its rear pump blade locking system, the blade does not hit the bottom of the knife when closing. Its finishes in the smallest details, make it a very pleasant knife for everyday use: with its forged spring, chiseled and polished inside, engraved Corsica, noble materials and quality steels.
- 7 cm blade in 14C28N Swedish stainless steel, 3 mm thick at the heel. Hardness: 58-59 Hrc.
