Corsican Artisanal knife: U Cumpà in Boxwood
The Cumpà is a folding Corsican knife where the traditional technique is perfectly combined with a modern design. Les Couteliers Zuria de Bonifacio created this model with Gilles® Fontenille Pataud in Thiers. It was christened "U Cumpà" which means "The companion" in Bonifacio.
With one hand, opening and closing are facilitated thanks to the stylized Corsica on the blade of the knife and the Liner lock system.

Blade & Platinum: 2.50 mm thick blade. Swedish steel 12C27 matt polished. Hardness obtained after cryogenic quenching: 57Hrc
One-hand mechanism: Liner-lock system. Hardened ball system to keep blade closed and prevent accidental opening. Mounting on a Teflon ring
