Here you will find the "Rondinara" in its classic version, a folding "handmade" knife with a nice stainless steel blade and a handle made of wood, horn or other noble materials, imagined and designed by our Couteliers the Zuria de Bonifacio brothers, Gilles® Fontenille Pataud and Robert Beillonnet! This knife is curved like the famous sea cove located on the commune of Bonifacio. It was mounted by hand with rivets or "rosettes" rivets, as were the planks and frames of the old boats of the fishermen who once found themselves in Rondinara Bay.
