How does the Loyalty Program of Terrasses d'Aragon ?
It's very simple, you earn loyalty points on your account from your first order: it's free and without obligation.
Each product makes you earn loyalty points. They are automatically recorded to each order and your account is credited.
You earn points on every purchase including taxes even during the sales, product promotion, and flash sales on all promotional operations (excluding shipping costs). Your points are deducted from your next order from 1 € cumulative reduction.
What is the value of loyalty points?
€ 10 spent = 1 point
1 loyalty point = € 0.10 reduction
How do I calculate the point value loyalty of my order?
On each sheet, you have information on the product price that tells you the number of points that the product, you and the amount of the voucher.
For example:
For a knife € 39.90: By purchasing this product you can collect up to 3 loyalty points.
Your cart will total 3 points that can be converted into a voucher of 0,30 €.
How do I know my account balance points?
Go to your account, top left: "Sign" and then in "My loyalty points". They appear coming as soon as the payment of your order will be accepted.
How can I use my points?
The next time you order, you can deduct your invoice the amount in euros of your loyalty points accumulated from 10 €.
Can I pay all of my order over the points?
Yes, if you wish, excluding shipping costs.
Are all the products open up rights to points?
Yes, all items even discounted or on sale, whose price is equal to or greater than 1 € are entitled to loyalty points are automatically credited to my account.
Is there a maximum limit for my loyalty account?
No, the more you order, the lower your credit score increases. You are not limited, always rewarded.
What is the expiry date of my points?
Each point is valid for 365 days, so your loyalty point is automatically updated. So do not forget to use them regularly and benefit from your discounts.
What are the conditions for use of points?
Loyalty points are only awarded to customers Site "Les Terrasses d'Aragon" and can only be used on the website. They are not valid in our shops in Bonifacio. Loyalty points are non-refundable in cash. To order cancellation, the points will not be credited. We reserve the right to make changes to our loyalty system.
