Knife of Shepherd in Olivier with cowl Moor's Head
Recreated in collaboration with Corsican knife makers, this shepherd's knife is a good quality knife engraved "Corsica" on the blade. The Olivier Berger looks great with his miter shaped "Head of Maure" and guilloche spring. It is a beautiful classified Special Edition model, well finished it is very nice in hand. Initially, Berger is a pocket knife Corsica. Created to work, it was used for hunting or carving small pieces of wood. This knife was created by a shepherd to work. It is used in the hunt for skinning game, because of its broad blade tip pointing backwards. Its thick and short blade makes it an ideal tool for carving wood and cork. The curved handle of Berger, directly inspired from the Horn of Aries offers an ideal grip and precision of gesture.
