Artisanal Corsican Knife: La Vendetta Zuria in Horn of Buffalo
This Corsican knife is an artisanal object whose different parts have been manufactured with a constant search for quality. In general, the manufacture of the knives of the Zuria Collection is handcrafted, each knife is hand-made: Adjustment, drilling, shaping, polishing, spring tension control and sharpening are carried out carefully in their workshop.
The wooden sleeves come from Corsican species (olive, juniper, heather, boxwood, ...). The horn handles are cut in the solid part, called "horn tip". These horns come from rams, sheep, Corsican cows or buffaloes from Italy.
