Knife of Corsican shepherd: Handle in raw Horn of Aries and miter

Rustic and modern with both materials: Natural rough horn and steel 440C

Our Corsican cutlers have collaborated in the creation of this collection of shepherd's knives. This version with Lock back security system is stamped "Corsica" on the blade and it is available in 2 dimensions:

This knife was created by a shepherd to work. It was used in hunting to skin game, because of its large blade pointing backwards. Its thick, short blade makes it an ideal tool for carving wood and cork. The curved handle of the Shepherd, directly inspired by the Horn of Aries offers an ideal grip and a great precision of the gesture.
