Corsican cutlery for 35 years in Bonifacio

Our knives were imagined and designed in Corsica at the time by our cutlers brothers Zuria who declined Collections according to the original shape of the knives. The Cursina is one of them, it is a Corsican shepherd knife shaped by hand in our workshops in Bonifacio. The Vendetta Zuria, Le Sperone, Le Pialincu, Le U Cumpà and Le Rondinara are the fruit of the close collaboration between our cutlers Antoine and Camille Zuria and Gilles® Fontenille Pataud, recognized for the reliability of their precision mechanism as well as Robert Beillonnet, the best worker in France, who also collaborated on some models. Without counting on the collaboration with the firm VIPER and the renowned Italian designer Fabrizio SILVESTRELLI, for the creation of the Kallisté.

Today, after the disappearance of Antoine Zuria, his children and his brother Camille continue their work by always proposing knives of quality.
